Técnico de Desarrollo

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the commercial development network in the Southern Zone through field activities and technical talks.
• Lead the development of solutions for export crops and coordinate technical transfer between local and central teams.
• Align technical-commercial messaging regarding product positioning and crops.
• Plan, implement, and monitor technical developments according to strategic company objectives.
• Analyze market needs, trends, and competition to support portfolio decision-making.
• Design, coordinate, and evaluate technical trials for product development, validation, and registration.

Requirements

• Degree in Agronomy or Biology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical advisory for farms or agro-industries.
• Valid A1 driver's license and driving experience.
• Current residency in Ica.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
• Native Spanish and intermediate English skills.
• Technical knowledge of nutrition, biostimulants, and biocontrol.
• Knowledge of grape, avocado, blueberry, citrus, onion, and pomegranate crops.
