Técnico de Departamento de Estudios

Responsibilities

• Study and analyze building and civil engineering projects
• Review technical documentation, specifications, and construction projects
• Prepare budgets and economic studies
• Perform measurements and quantification of items
• Request, compare, and analyze offers from suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare technical documentation for public and private tenders
• Analyze direct and indirect project costs
• Evaluate technical alternatives and economic optimization proposals
• Coordinate with Production, Technical Office, and Purchasing departments
• Support the preparation of technical reports and complementary documentation for competitions
• Update and improve internal price and cost databases

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Caminos Engineering, Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, or similar
• 2-3 years of experience in study departments, technical offices, or similar roles
• Knowledge of budgeting, measurements, and cost control
• Proficiency in Presto, AutoCAD, Excel, and budgeting software
• Ability to interpret plans and technical documentation
• Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail
