Técnico de Body Maker I

Responsibilities

• Operate Front-End equipment including Body Makers, Minsters, Washers, Compactors, and SOS via specific control panels to maximize productivity.
• Participate in coil changes on Minster equipment using SMED activities to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine inspections and TPM checklists to detect anomalies and carry out necessary mechanical interventions.
• Execute minor maintenance tasks such as replacing hoses and filters, eliminating leaks, and cleaning Lee Jets.
• Conduct quality inspections of the can formation process to ensure all parameters meet technical specifications.
• Monitor spoilage rates and analyze reports to maintain quality and reduce failure rates in Body Makers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S and Lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and prevent accidents.
• Comply with all safety, occupational health, and environmental standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Mechatronics.
• Proven experience in production or equipment maintenance.
• Availability to work on-site in Pouso Alegre, MG.
• Ability to work a 3x2x2 shift schedule (rotating shifts between 07:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00).
