Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial machinery, specifically CNC equipment, within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Utilize pneumatic tools such as drills and grinders to support aero-structure production.
• Apply work procedures and maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
• Use basic computer systems for data capture and production tracking/control.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in metalworking or metal-mechanical areas.
• High school diploma or completed technical degree.
• Proven experience operating CNC machinery.
• Hands-on experience with pneumatic tools (drills, grinders, etc.).
• Basic computer skills for production monitoring and data entry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Availability to work various shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift).
