Tecnico Ajustador CNC

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to production operations and collaborate with Engineering to solve problems and increase efficiency.
• Execute continuous improvement projects to address process issues within the area.
• Manage tool configuration according to production needs and perform efficient model changes on manual and CNC machines.
• Develop technical skills in operators regarding setups, model changes, tool development, and process parameters.
• Participate in problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and 4-step processes.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechatronics, Mechanics, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the metal-mechanical industry.
• Proficiency in using measurement instruments, understanding tolerances, and interpreting technical drawings.
• Knowledge of grinding, CNC machining, CNC programming, and automation processes.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (3 shifts).
