Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computer equipment and software
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic equipment and computer systems
• Install, configure, and update hardware and software components
• Document technical incidents and implemented solutions
• Collaborate on departmental improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with information security policies
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve technical issues

Requirements

• Experience in computer equipment management
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Desirable experience in technical support and preventive/corrective maintenance
• Proven track record of reliability (0 administrative actions in the last year and minimal absenteeism)
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Customer service orientation and proactive attitude
• Ability to follow processes and comply with established norms
