TechOps Engineering Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the Microsoft Entra ID tenant, including identity lifecycle, SSO, and MFA
• Manage device management through Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager
• Administer Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Slack, and GitHub toolchains
• Deliver end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experiences
• Manage office networking, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity
• Act as the senior escalation point for internal technical support
• Plan and own TechOps staffing, roadmap, budget, and vendor relationships
• Enforce internal security, access, and endpoint-hardening standards

Requirements

• 5+ years in TechOps operations or workplace technology at a senior or lead level
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365
• Solid networking fundamentals including DNS, VPNs, and Wi-Fi
• Proficiency with cloud environments (AWS) and IAM concepts
• Ability to script and automate using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or PowerAutomate
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep AWS knowledge (IAM Identity Center, Organizations, SSM)
• Exposure to engineering CI/CD toolchains like GitHub or CircleCI
• Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-102, or AZ-104
• Experience working in regulated or financial-data environments
