TechOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Treat internal IT infrastructure as a product by building automated systems to scale the company's environment.
• Own and automate the end-to-end operational lifecycle for employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Lead high-impact projects including Apple MDM migrations and Zero-Touch Enrollment pipelines.
• Manage secure endpoint configurations for workstations and mobile devices using MDM tools and packaging workflows.
• Enforce Zero Trust security through the management of SSO, SAML, and MFA.
• Perform root-cause troubleshooting to fix core infrastructural issues rather than applying repetitive patches.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and People Operations to deliver safer and more efficient tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Technical Operations or IT experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or MSP environment.
• Deep technical troubleshooting skills specifically for macOS.
• Hands-on experience managing Apple MDM tools such as Jamf or Kandji.
• Experience with packaging workflows using tools like AutoPkg.
• Proficiency with SSO, SAML, and MFA implementation.
• A strong bias toward automation and scripting to eliminate manual tasks.
