Technology Transfer Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and guarantee the correct execution of technology transfer processes for projects, line products, and new developments.
• Ensure compliance with established quality, safety, efficacy, and cost standards.
• Execute physicochemical tests and analyses in the laboratory, pilot plant, and industrial plant.
• Participate in the scaling, optimization, and standardization of products and processes.
• Accompany pilot and industrial trials for bulk and packaging.
• Manage and ensure accurate technical documentation and reports related to the technology transfer process.
• Provide technical support to various areas to improve manufacturing processes.
• Support activities related to quality, stability, and product non-conformities.
• Coordinate and follow up on operational activities in the Pilot Plant as required.

Requirements

• University degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• High orientation toward learning, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
