Technology Trainer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs and course content for external customers and internal teams
• Create and update training materials, technical documentation, and structured learning content
• Assess training needs during customer interactions to address skill gaps and drive product adoption
• Partner with Field Service, Technical Support, and Service Leadership teams to implement training solutions
• Support customers during implementation to enable confident use of TOMRA technology
• Contribute to digital learning platforms, including knowledge base articles, webinars, and online courses
• Promote a “Safety First” culture throughout the company and at customer sites

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical service or a comparable technical environment
• Experience delivering technical or operational training, including virtual or remote formats
• Ability to understand, interpret, and clearly explain complex technical concepts and procedures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for training delivery and documentation
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 40% nationally and internationally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, electronic, mechanical, mechatronics, or industrial) is preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
