Technology Trainer

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver in-person, remote, and one-on-one technical training to attorneys and staff
• Conduct new hire orientations and regular workshops on technical applications and processes
• Develop curriculum, training documentation, and eLearning videos for software upgrades
• Provide ongoing floor support and performance coaching to end users
• Collaborate with Human Resources to develop learning action plans based on staff technical capabilities
• Maintain class schedules, attendance, and feedback within the Firm's learning management system
• Recommend improvements to enhance the user experience and service quality

Requirements

• Previous law firm experience is required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe products (Acrobat)
• Advanced skills in the Windows 11 operating system
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing e-learning content
• Knowledge of TechSmith Camtasia
• Experience with legal applications such as NetDocuments, Litera, and Intapp
