Responsibilities

• Research and source potential candidates, screen applications, and support hiring managers
• Recruit and place technology professionals across software engineering, cloud, QA, product, and delivery teams
• Build and maintain a strong network of directly sourced candidates for staff augmentation placements
• Manage staff augmentation and contractor engagements from onboarding through to renewal
• Support resource check-ins and contract management across client accounts
• Manage client MSAs, SOWs, contracts, renewals, and related administration
• Provide salary benchmarking, market intelligence, and hiring advice
• Support business development, proposals, and growth opportunities

Requirements

• Qualification in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in technology recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
• Proven experience recruiting within software development, digital product engineering, or technology consulting environments
• Experience working with contractors, staff augmentation, and professional services delivery models
• Strong technical knowledge related to IT and software development
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques on LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow
• Experience managing candidates and roles with applicant tracking systems
