About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technology support and operational accountability for the Geelong hospital site
- Deliver high-touch technical support to doctors, ensuring readiness for surgeries, consultations, and clinical workflows
- Maintain a consistent presence to drive service excellence and rapid response to emerging technical issues
- Champion a customer-centred service culture for all staff, including seamless onboarding for new employees
- Collaborate with ICT teams and clinical leaders to support technology changes and deployments
- Manage and resolve incidents in coordination with multiple ICT teams and external vendors
Requirements
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Information Technology, Networking, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in end-user support within a complex, multi-site environment
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management training
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows desktop environments and mobile devices
- Proficiency in supporting common enterprise applications
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
- Experience working within clinical or operational environments is highly regarded
