About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams of technologists providing end-to-end application and infrastructure service delivery.
  • Drive the adoption of enterprise AI capabilities to improve incident triage speed and consistency.
  • Monitor pre-production environments for anomalies using observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus.
  • Execute policies and procedures to ensure operational stability and availability.
  • Manage incident, problem, and change management processes for full-stack technology systems.
  • Communicate technical issues and solutions effectively to business and technology stakeholders.
  • Apply AI-assisted practices to identify recurring interruption patterns and validate remediation actions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services.
  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise AI capabilities within production operations workflows.
  • Experience managing applications or infrastructure in large-scale environments (on-premises and public cloud).
  • Proficiency in observability and monitoring tools and techniques.
  • Experience working within the ITIL framework.
  • Strong ability to validate AI-assisted recommendations against security and auditability expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of one or more general-purpose programming languages.
  • Experience with automation scripting.
  • Practical experience with public cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
