About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end application and infrastructure service delivery to support successful business operations.
- Maintain day-to-day system operations to ensure stability and availability of production application flows.
- Monitor production environments for anomalies using standard observability tools and address identified issues.
- Identify, escalate, and communicate technical issues to business and technology stakeholders.
- Analyze complex trends to manage incidents, problems, and changes across full-stack technology systems.
- Utilize SRE tools and programming languages like Python or Shell to perform daily tasks effectively.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services.
- Demonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in large-scale environments, including on-premises and public cloud.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools and techniques.
- Exposure to the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages or automation scripting.
- Working understanding of public cloud environments and associated cloud tools.
