About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot production application flows to ensure end-to-end service delivery for business operations.
- Monitor production environments for anomalies using standard observability tools to improve stability and availability.
- Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate incident triage and root-cause hypothesis generation.
- Engage with agentic agent functionality to solve issues systemically and promote documentation for self-identified processing issues.
- Assist in the escalation and communication of technical issues and solutions to business and technology stakeholders.
- Identify trends and manage incidents, problems, and changes within full-stack technology systems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services.
- Working knowledge of using AI capabilities within a production support workflow, including strong validation habits.
- Experience with applications or infrastructure in large-scale environments, including on-premises or public cloud.
- Exposure to observability and monitoring tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce technical documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of one or more general-purpose programming languages or automation scripting.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Geneos, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
- Understanding of payment process rails such as Real Time Payments, ACH, or eWallet.
- A strong desire to grow and learn within the evolving AI space.
