About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and troubleshoot production application flows to ensure end-to-end service delivery for business operations.
  • Monitor production environments for anomalies using standard observability tools to improve stability and availability.
  • Utilize enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate incident triage and root-cause hypothesis generation.
  • Engage with agentic agent functionality to solve issues systemically and promote documentation for self-identified processing issues.
  • Assist in the escalation and communication of technical issues and solutions to business and technology stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and manage incidents, problems, and changes within full-stack technology systems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services.
  • Working knowledge of using AI capabilities within a production support workflow, including strong validation habits.
  • Experience with applications or infrastructure in large-scale environments, including on-premises or public cloud.
  • Exposure to observability and monitoring tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of one or more general-purpose programming languages or automation scripting.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Geneos, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
  • Understanding of payment process rails such as Real Time Payments, ACH, or eWallet.
  • A strong desire to grow and learn within the evolving AI space.
