About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot the T3 Platform for internal and external customer inquiries
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with rental markets and T3 customers
- Manage time effectively to meet productivity and turnaround standards
- Utilize product knowledge to recommend appropriate solutions to customer needs
- Comply with departmental, corporate, and legal policies
Requirements
- High school diploma (Associate's degree preferred)
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
- Proficiency with G-Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to multi-task and work logically under pressure
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods and lift up to 20 pounds
