Technology Strategy & Transformation - Staff/Sr Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support projects that integrate AI into application modernization initiatives
• Use AI tools to review legacy applications, identify cyber-attack risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate technical solutions into strategic outcomes
• Participate in client-facing engagements, workshops, and presentations
• Deliver value realization and strategy work to ensure clients achieve measurable benefits from modernization efforts

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in a technology consulting practice, including strategy and custom application development
• Strong technical background in computer science and business
• Proficiency with GitHub, GitHub CoPilot, and Visual Studio Code
• Experience with application development in JavaScript and Java
• Hands-on experience with Frontier LLMs (e.g., Sonnet, Opus, ChatGPT) and AI-driven application development
• Ability to manage small teams (2-3 resources) for project delivery
• Eligibility for federal government security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or a joint degree in Computer Science and Business
• Multiple internships in the technology sector with hands-on application development experience
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and supporting professional presentations
