Technology Strategy & Advisory Director

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted adviser relationships at the C-suite level (CIO, CTO, CDO) to shape long-term technology agendas.
• Lead technology strategy engagements including application portfolio rationalisation, AI operating model design, and investment case development.
• Drive pipeline growth through proactive opportunity identification, thought leadership, and hyperscaler co-sell motions with AWS and Microsoft.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of technology strategy engagements, ensuring commercial rigour in SOW structuring and engagement economics.
• Coach and develop TS&A practitioners, contributing to practice IP and fostering an inclusive, people-first culture.

Requirements

• Proven background in consulting or technology advisory focusing on business strategy and organisational transformation.
• Extensive experience managing senior client relationships at the CIO or CTO level.
• Deep understanding of the technology landscape, including legacy modernisation, cloud adoption, and AI/data strategy.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in SOW structuring, margin management, and driving profitability.
• Ability to connect complex technology strategy conversations to credible, large-scale commercial opportunities.
