Technology Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for the Broadridge Investment Management Solutions (BIMS) platform
• Manage production incidents, including Sev1/Sev2 issues and coordinating bridge calls
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare trend analysis reports
• Monitor batch jobs, system alerts, and application performance
• Use SQL to query and analyze production data to resolve technical issues
• Support investment lifecycle processes including portfolio management, order management, and trade processing

Requirements

• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL Server relational databases
• Proven experience in production support and incident management
• Deep understanding of the Investment Management or Asset Management domain (Hedge Funds, Portfolio Management, Trade Lifecycle, etc.)
• Experience with monitoring and case management tools such as Jira, Salesforce, Datadog, or Confluence
• Ability to work in a shift-based environment (12:30 PM IST to 09:30 PM IST)
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Production Support, ideally within FinTech products
• Prior experience working with financial services or investment management software
