Technology Solutions Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with academic and administrative departments to analyze business needs and design technology-enabled solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between enterprise systems using iPaaS platforms.
• Develop SQL queries and light scripts (Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript) to support reporting and data movement.
• Support enterprise systems including Ellucian Banner, Canvas, and Google Workspace.
• Utilize enterprise AI tools like Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot to accelerate analysis and documentation.
• Manage project timelines, develop user documentation, and conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solution adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in a technical or analytical role (e.g., Solutions Analyst, Business Systems Analyst).
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript).
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as Ellucian Banner, Canvas, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of modern integration and authentication concepts, including APIs, webhooks, OAuth/SAML, and JSON/XML.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in higher education or a mission-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as TeamDynamix iPaaS, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
• Experience using enterprise AI tools (Copilot, Gemini) in a professional setting.
• Understanding of data governance, FERPA, or higher-education compliance frameworks.
