Technology Solution Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead technology-led requirement discovery with finance, accounting, and tax stakeholders
• Define end-to-end technology scope across ERP, cloud, data, integration, and AI
• Design solution architectures for managed services deals, assessing feasibility, resourcing, and cost
• Build cloud-first solutions for finance domains including R2R, P2P, and O2C
• Own the technology sections of RFI/RFP responses and managed services proposals
• Define transition, transformation, and steady-state technology models
• Provide technical feasibility, sizing, and commercial inputs (TCO/ROI) for the technology stack
• Manage the technical handover from presales to delivery teams

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of total professional experience in technology and business development
• 4+ years of experience in technology presales or solution consulting
• 8+ years of hands-on techno-functional ERP implementation experience (specifically P2P, O2C, and R2R)
• Deep knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience with multi-cloud architectures, data platforms, and cross-system integrations
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and tax process areas

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Finance or Operations
• Certifications in data, AI, or architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
• Certifications in ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, etc.)
• Familiarity with SAFe, DevOps, and ITIL service design concepts
