About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide front-facing technical support within the VIC Techzone to ensure a customer-centric experience
- Manage inventory, including the receipt, maintenance, and management of laptop and peripheral stock
- Perform floorwalking and desk management to engage with users and proactively identify technical faults
- Build positive customer relationships through timely repairs and technical advice
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar service management tools for incident and request resolution
- Knowledge of ITIL practices (ITIL 3 or 4 certification preferred)
- Sound understanding of Windows architecture and tools
- Proficiency in Mac architecture and tools
- Experience troubleshooting mobile technologies such as iOS and Android
