About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide front-facing technical support within the TechZone to ensure a customer-centric experience
- Manage inventory, including the receipt and maintenance of laptop and peripheral stock
- Conduct floorwalking and desk management to engage with users and proactively identify technical faults
- Build positive customer relationships through timely repairs and technical advice
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar service management tools for incident and request resolution
- Knowledge of ITIL practices
- Sound understanding of Windows and Mac architecture and tools
- Troubleshooting skills for mobile technologies, including iOS and Android
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL 3 or 4 certification
