Technology Senior Consultant - Digital Transformation

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent working sessions with clients, including requirement gathering interviews and workshops to present work products.
• Document and analyze business requirements and system functionality specifications.
• Perform independent assessments on various technology aspects using EY expertise and tools.
• Lead teams on client engagements to complete specific workstreams and project activities.
• Focus on domains such as Digital Transformation (Strategy, IT Operating Model), Data Management (Engineering, Analytics), or Emerging Technologies (AI, RPA).

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project leadership roles (e.g., Project Manager, Workstream Leader).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong understanding of business processes in sectors such as Energy, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commerce, or Logistics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record in consulting (Big 4 or boutique firms) or specialized sectors like Smart Manufacturing.
• Professional credentials such as CSM®, PMP®, TOGAF, or ITIL/ITSM.
