About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the formulation, organization, and monitoring of interconnected technology risk remediation programs to drive strategic goals.
- Drive the effectiveness of remediation and exam preparation projects as a trusted partner to Global Technology Services leaders.
- Ensure consistent governance, manage cross-dependencies, and provide clear reporting to committees, regulators, and senior management.
- Oversee control deadlines, change management processes, and resource allocation.
- Measure program performance using OKRs and modern tools to maximize return on investment.
- Foster a culture of risk excellence by proactively managing risks and converting gap findings into effective remediation plans.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and third-party vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex transformation or remediation programs.
- Expertise in Agile methodology and change management principles.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a regulated financial services organization.
- Understanding of the challenges associated with running large-scale technology transformation programs.
