Technology Risk Remediation Governance Manager, Vice President

Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation, organization, and monitoring of interconnected technology risk remediation programs to drive strategic goals.
• Drive the effectiveness of remediation and exam preparation projects as a trusted partner to Global Technology Services leaders.
• Ensure consistent governance, manage cross-dependencies, and provide clear reporting to committees, regulators, and senior management.
• Oversee control deadlines, change management processes, and resource allocation.
• Measure program performance using OKRs and modern tools to maximize return on investment.
• Foster a culture of risk excellence by proactively managing risks and converting gap findings into effective remediation plans.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and third-party vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex transformation or remediation programs.
• Expertise in Agile methodology and change management principles.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a regulated financial services organization.
• Understanding of the challenges associated with running large-scale technology transformation programs.
