Technology Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and execute risk assessment activities for technology risks covering platform, information security, engineering, and data domains
• Partner with 1LoD functions to support risk management, issue resolution, and improvement of the control environment
• Maintain and update the technology risk taxonomy and manage risk data within the GRC tool
• Drive and execute risk oversight and monitoring activities, including the enhancement of Key Risk Indicators
• Own the end-to-end delivery of technology risk initiatives and stakeholder management
• Support regular technology risk reporting and analysis for risk committees
• Participate in ongoing compliance initiatives such as Operational Resilience

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a technology risk or IT audit professional, preferably in financial services
• Experience executing audits based on frameworks such as CobiT, ITIL, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001/22301, CIS, or NIST CSF
• Hands-on experience with control testing, technical audits, and risk assessments on public cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
• Experience in cyber security and/or business continuity and resilience
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustworthy relationships with engineering and business stakeholders
• A pragmatic approach to risk management that balances robust controls with business agility and scalability
