Technology Procurement Supervising Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology sourcing strategies and complex commercial negotiations for global and regional engagements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across EYT, Service Lines, and Business Enablement functions.
• Develop and execute category strategies that balance innovation, cost optimization, and risk management.
• Partner with Legal, Risk Management, and Information Security teams to negotiate commercial, privacy, and data protection terms.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of technology sourcing, including supplier selection, onboarding, contracting, and license management.
• Drive value realization by tracking and reporting cost savings and strategic benefits.
• Conduct market intelligence and supplier research to ensure competitive and innovative sourcing outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of technology procurement experience.
• Proven experience negotiating software licenses, cloud-based solutions (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS), and GenAI solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to co-develop strategies and manage expectations.
• Deep understanding of commercial, regulatory, legal, and privacy risks associated with technology procurement.
• Excellent communication skills with English fluency for a global, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to independently manage and prioritize a complex workload.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience negotiating for multiple service delivery models (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS).
• Background in technology or business operations in lieu of direct sourcing experience.
