Technology Procurement Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of end-user hardware, software, accessories, and mobile services.
• Process purchase requests, create purchase orders, and track fulfillment to ensure timely delivery.
• Support employee onboarding by provisioning equipment and managing refresh or replacement cycles for assets.
• Coordinate software licensing and mobile provisioning in accordance with established standards.
• Partner with vendors to obtain quotes, manage pricing negotiations, and monitor performance.
• Maintain accurate asset and lifecycle records from procurement through decommissioning.
• Generate procurement and spend reports to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT procurement or technology asset management.
• Proven experience in vendor and contract management, including negotiations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Experience using ticketing or service management platforms like ServiceNow or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP or procurement platforms such as Workday or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Familiarity with telecom lifecycle management platforms like Tangoe Mobile.
• Experience with device management tools such as Microsoft Intune.
• Experience supporting procurement operations in a distributed or multi-site environment.
