Technology Planning & Implementation Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a complete, current picture of the program across all dimensions
• Serve as the connective tissue between technical, operational, and school-based stakeholders
• Surface conflicts early and drive resolution across workstreams
• Actively seek out perspectives from teachers, school leaders, and business stakeholders
• Own the design and execution of all pilots, including success criteria and rollout recommendations
• Manage the release process, including feature sequencing and readiness criteria
• Coordinate workstream tracking, milestone management, and risk identification
• Partner with Schooling and EI teams on school-facing adoption and training strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience owning outcomes in complex, cross-functional environments
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments operating without heavy institutional scaffolding
• Strong communication skills for executive memos, stakeholder presentations, and hard conversations
• Ability to act as a natural integrator between disparate information sources
• High political intelligence and ability to navigate competing interests
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to identify and execute necessary tasks independently

Preferred Qualifications

• 8–12 years of total professional experience
• 4–5 years owning complex cross-functional implementations with high organizational stakes
• Experience working at the intersection of technology and business operations
• Background in high-growth industries such as media, publishing, content platforms, or EdTech
• Experience in K–12 education is a plus but not required
