Technology Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and VPC.
• Oversee the EMR and staff portal, including user provisioning, troubleshooting, and vendor liaison.
• Support third-party application integrations such as CRM, messaging, and telephony platforms.
• Lead API and hardware integrations, testing endpoints with Postman to ensure seamless data flow from clinical devices.
• Perform operational database management and querying across MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Own IT readiness for new branch launches, including hardware setup and software configuration in Dubai and the UK.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in technology operations, systems engineering, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and networking fundamentals (DNS, firewalls, VPNs).
• Working knowledge of MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB at an operational level.
• Experience with API integration work and testing using tools like Postman.
• Ability to write and run basic scripts for automation using Python or Bash.
• Based in Dubai with the ability to commute between branches and travel to the UK as required.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a healthcare, clinical, or regulated industry environment.
• Familiarity with EMR or patient management systems.
• AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps, or Developer associate level).
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-country technology operations.
• Exposure to Google Firebase or Flutter mobile applications.
