About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact with technology subcontractor Cubic
- Coordinate technical delivery and ensure contractual commitments are met
- Monitor performance against KPIs and implement improvement plans
- Review technical documentation, maintenance programmes, and method statements
- Provide engineering oversight for communications, control systems, and networked infrastructure
- Support onsite activities including fault investigation, diagnostics, and commissioning
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in a technology-focused engineering discipline or relevant highways/traffic technology experience
- Experience managing subcontractors within technology or systems integration
- Understanding of mainstream highways technologies, communications networks, and control systems
- Valid UK full driving licence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
