Technology Operational Risk Management Lead (Cybersecurity) - Vice President

Responsibilities

• Perform independent assessments of Cybersecurity risks on CIB Technology through monitoring programs
• Manage identified risks using the firm’s Operational Risk Management Framework
• Conduct testing and monitoring to identify operational risk control gaps
• Participate in and challenge first-line control designers and operators
• Develop and challenge KPIs/KRIs related to technology risks through effective monitoring
• Partner with internal 2LoD teams regarding thematic monitoring and testing deficiencies
• Manage a book of work assessments impacting CIB and provide regular status updates

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with infrastructure or application architecture
• 5+ years in a senior technology role (engineering, operations, or strategic planning)
• 5+ years of Cybersecurity risk working experience
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence decisions at senior levels
• Ability to understand complex technical systems and synthesize corresponding risks and controls
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to senior audiences
• Ability to transition seamlessly between business and technical discussions
