Technology Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-value insights and strategic advisory to clients
• Advise on tech transformation, agile project management, and change management
• Support procurement, IT sourcing, and process automation
• Implement ERP and digital healthcare solutions
• Bridge gaps between business and technology departments
• Participate in team development, employer branding, and client pitching

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in business processes or ERP/business applications
• Master's degree in Engineering, IT Management, Information Systems, or a relevant field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Strong analytical skills and a growth mindset
