Technology Learning Intern

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Excel and Power BI to translate data into actionable learning insights
• Gather and analyze data from LMS, surveys, and internal learning platforms to monitor progress
• Support the design, development, and curation of various learning resources and visual products
• Draft and design communication materials including emails, newsletters, and presentations
• Manage and maintain SharePoint sites and learning portals
• Provide project coordination support by tracking timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement
• Document action items and project plans to support continuous improvement

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or in the final year of an undergraduate or postgraduate program in IT, information management, technology learning, communications, or a related field
• 0–6 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in English
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
