Technology Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead client conversations focused on data-driven solutions, AI enablement, and cloud platform design
• Guide discovery, architecture, and development of world-class data and AI solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, secure technical solutions
• Develop data strategy roadmaps, proposals, and statements of work
• Design architectures leveraging cloud-native data platforms, data pipelines, MLOps, and AI services
• Provide program-level architecture oversight and technical quality assurance across delivery teams
• Mentor engineers and architects to foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation
• Author and review technical documentation, architecture artifacts, and reusable design assets

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical solutioning leadership and consultative roles
• Expertise in architecture and design across a broad spectrum of technologies
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
• Strong experience in technical documentation authoring and software development practices
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including presenting to executive leadership
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Must currently reside in the Seattle, WA area

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting Microsoft as a client
• Strong experience in AI and Microsoft Copilot solution sales
• Deep understanding of implementing AI/Copilot solutions aligned with business goals
• Azure cloud certifications
