Technology Lead

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, tune, maintain, integrate, and monitor servers
• Drive the planning, design, implementation, and operation of the company’s data communications network
• Analyze technical needs and establish priorities for design and implementation
• Solve complex technical problems by taking new perspectives on existing solutions
• Act as a technical resource and mentor for colleagues with less experience
• Provide project management guidance for small projects with manageable risks

Requirements

• In-depth technical knowledge and functional expertise in server and network environments
• Proven experience in server installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Strong background in data communications network design
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and exercise judgment based on multiple information sources
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while building consensus across teams
