Technology Internal Control Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end IT efforts to close CISO observations and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies such as Banxico, Indeval, and Swift.
• Design, develop, and optimize interactions with AI models through effective prompt engineering to ensure secure and efficient business solutions.
• Prepare, integrate, and coordinate evidence for CISO reviews and internal or external audits.
• Maintain and update executive dashboards, reports, and indicators regarding risk criticality and trends for IT and Cybersecurity committees.
• Participate in the automation of processes and alerts using AI tools, Copilot, Prompt Engineering, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Monitor security and technology controls to ensure regulatory compliance and identify root causes of control deficiencies.
• Promote a culture of control within technology processes to increase overall compliance.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in internal control, security, compliance, auditing, or IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of information security standards and best practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Hands-on experience or knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Copilot, and Gemini.
• Fluency in Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate English language skills.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI agents.
