About the role
Responsibilities
- Resolve technology problems over the phone, in person, and over Zoom
- Work with Student Consultants and ITS Staff via remote sessions
- Research unresolved issues and document troubleshooting steps in TDX ticketing system
- Provide in-person support and delivery/installation of peripherals
- Perform onsite office visits and manage inventory/loaner equipment
Requirements
- Adequate technical knowledge and capacity to learn
- Customer service experience
- Strong proficiency in English
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
