About the role

Responsibilities

  • Resolve technology problems over the phone, in person, and over Zoom
  • Work with Student Consultants and ITS Staff via remote sessions
  • Research unresolved issues and document troubleshooting steps in TDX ticketing system
  • Provide in-person support and delivery/installation of peripherals
  • Perform onsite office visits and manage inventory/loaner equipment

Requirements

  • Adequate technical knowledge and capacity to learn
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong proficiency in English
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
