Technology Guidance Advisor

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key interface between technology program leads and business planning/marketing groups to establish economic bases and valuations for major programs.
• Link Corporate Outlook and market insights to economic models to support technology development projects.
• Advise and guide on program funding and investment decisions through techno-economic assessments (TEA).
• Build models connecting technical variables, such as process or product performance, to economic performance.
• Provide early-stage economic guidance for new technology development opportunities, including white papers and technology scouting.
• Support management through special projects such as strategy updates, capability studies, and new product market assessments.
• Communicate and document results of technical and economic analyses for management reviews and portfolio updates.

Requirements

• Masters or Bachelor of Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 6.5 CGPA.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of process development and techno-economic evaluation.
• Proven ability to advocate for a business position.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of process simulation software, including Aspen Plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours and willingness to travel up to 20%.
