Technology Development Engineer – CAPEX

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative technical solutions focused on decarbonization, energy efficiency, and process transformation in line with the MOL 2030+ strategy
• Manage complex tasks and collaborate on the preparation of materials regarding the feasibility of development projects
• Create detailed technical descriptions using standardized documentation such as Business Case Definitions and Front End Loading
• Collaborate with licensors and other MOL Group departments to identify and describe various technical solution options
• Independently prepare and evaluate data regarding cost-effectiveness and project benefits
• Monitor and analyze international trends, development results, and regulations within the refinery and petrochemical industry

Requirements

• Master's degree in chemical engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of chemical engineering calculations, including mass and energy balances
• Minimum of 5 years of technical or production experience
• English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher
• Valid Category B driving license
• Innovative and creative thinking with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management
• Previous experience in refinery or petrochemical operations
