Technology Consulting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and existing technology infrastructure to identify improvement opportunities
• Design, create, and maintain training materials and simulated training environments
• Maintain and promote a catalogue of IT learning and development activities
• Develop technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with client business goals
• Provide guidance on digital transformation initiatives including AI, cloud, IoT, and big data
• Assist clients in evaluating and selecting vendor technology solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project implementation
• Deliver training and support to ensure successful technology adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a quantitative discipline
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in graphic design and technology/business analysis
• Proven experience in conducting training sessions and developing training materials
• Familiarity with PMI or ITIL methods and process mapping tools
• Proven experience in project management and leading technology implementation projects
• Ability to design simulated training environments and create test data
• Strong understanding of cloud services, AI/ML, IoT, and enterprise software
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is highly desirable
