- At least 4 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, and Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes
- At least 4 years of experience in Java and J2EE technologies
- At least 4 years of experience in Development, Configuration, solutions evaluation, Validation, and deployment
- At least 7 years of experience with MapReduce, Hive, PIG, Flume, Kafka, and Data Modelling Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required
- Experience with project and talent management
- Ability to work in a management consulting environment requiring regular travel
- Must be GC, USC, or GC(EAD)
