About the role
Responsibilities
- Understand requirements and provide solutions with minimal customization
- Prepare technical design and project migration documents
- Review and perform unit testing
- Develop PeopleSoft Component Interface and Application package web services
- Interact with stakeholders throughout all project phases
- Enable PeopleSoft business processes via Web services for 3rd party applications
- Provide solutions for cloud-based PeopleSoft applications and mobile handset functionality
- Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience
- Experience delivering medium to large scale PeopleSoft implementations
- Minimum 8 years of experience in PeopleSoft Technologies (Integration, Web Services, Component Interface)
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft Query, security management, and reporting tools (XMLP, Crystal reports, Application engine)
- Experience with PL/SQL query and complex views
- Experience with the full SDLC life cycle
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams
