Technology Architect - Integration

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the enterprise integration reference architecture and guiding principles to reduce point-to-point complexity.
• Define and govern API-first and event-driven integration patterns to enable consistent, real-time, and composable enterprise processes.
• Ensure integration designs are secure by design and resilient by default, incorporating authentication, encryption, and error handling.
• Future-proof integration choices to support AI and analytics by enabling governed, timely, and interoperable data flows.
• Provide architecture governance and implementation guidance to delivery teams throughout the design, build, and deployment lifecycle.
• Create and improve integration playbooks, templates, and reference patterns to accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an Integration or Technology Architect within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in API-first integration and event-driven architecture.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise integration patterns.
• Proven experience designing secure, resilient, and operable production systems.
• Ability to guide delivery teams through architecture governance and implementation decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience contributing to AI-ready data and integration foundations to enable scalable AI solutions.
• Experience operating within large-scale enterprise architecture standards and governance models.
