Technology Analyst Trainee

Responsibilities

• Participate in an early career development program consisting of two structured assignments over a 2 to 2.5-year period
• Build deep expertise in Financial Technology through hands-on, on-the-job learning
• Engage with a comprehensive training curriculum and receive mentorship from industry professionals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams and leaders to support business objectives
• Manage and prioritize tasks effectively within a fast-paced, evolving environment

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Data Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
• Unrestricted work authorization (no future sponsorship required)
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate professional relationships and work collaboratively
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with technical skills such as Microsoft .NET, C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or ReactJS
• Exposure to cloud technologies like AWS or database management with Oracle
• Experience working in fast-paced or highly dynamic environments
