Technology Analyst Trainee

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement technology solutions
• Support application development, testing, and deployment activities
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Work on real-world projects involving software development, testing, and automation
• Gain exposure to technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, SQL, and API testing
• Participate in Agile development processes and learn industry best practices
• Develop technical documentation and assist in system integration activities

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, IT, etc.)
• Minimum 8.0+ CGPA with no active backlogs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
• Foundational exposure to AI/ML concepts and an eagerness to learn emerging technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, .NET, C, C++, C#, or COBOL
• Experience with Python, R, SQL, T-SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with Selenium, API Testing, and frameworks like MSTest or NUnit
• Understanding of Test Driven Development (TDD) and software testing methodologies
• Exposure to cloud technologies and modern development practices
• Relevant training certifications or internship experience
