Technology Analyst Program I

Responsibilities

• Administer and support middleware platforms in production and non-production environments, including installation, configuration, and patching.
• Monitor platform health and performance, performing troubleshooting and incident resolution within defined SLAs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support problem management to reduce failure recurrence.
• Support release and change activities by coordinating and validating deployments with application teams.
• Implement and maintain security controls, such as certificates, keystores, hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
• Utilize automation scripts and standardized runbooks for repetitive operations like health checks and log collection.
• Maintain technical documentation, including environment standards, SOPs, and support procedures.

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of basic Linux and/or Windows Server administration.
• Experience in application or middleware support (e.g., application servers, web servers, message queues, or APIs).
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring, log analysis, and incident troubleshooting.
• Foundational understanding of infrastructure security, including digital certificates and security patching.
• Ability to document technical procedures clearly and follow defined standards and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with middleware platforms such as WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss/WildFly, Tomcat, Nginx, or IIS.
• Knowledge of task automation using Shell, PowerShell, or Python scripting.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (incident, problem, and change management) and monitoring tools (APM, centralized logs).
• Understanding of high availability models, load balancing, and application resilience.
• Advanced English skills for reading documentation and interacting in global environments.
