Technology Analyst Program I

Responsibilities

• Map internal processes for finance, governance, and development teams to identify AI automation opportunities
• Evaluate, propose, and support the implementation of appropriate AI tools for identified needs
• Develop applications and components utilizing AI, LLMs, and API integrations
• Collaborate with various teams and hierarchy levels to understand requirements and impacts of proposed improvements
• Contribute to the integration of AI solutions within DevSecOps practices and pipelines
• Use Jira to register, track, and prioritize demands and improvement initiatives
• Document current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) states of IT processes and systems
• Support the dissemination of best practices regarding AI and automation within teams

Requirements

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to process automation and development team support
• Proficiency in Python, Generative AI, LLMs, and API consumption
• Understanding of structured and unstructured data for processing in AI models
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience using Jira for task management
• Advanced English proficiency for reading technical documentation and interacting with global teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic or practical experience in process analysis, modeling, and redesign
• Interest in IT governance, DevSecOps, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to facilitate meetings, interviews, and workshops with diverse stakeholders
• Proactive curiosity to test new AI tools and develop proofs of concept
• Experience documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in agile environments
