Technology Alignment Engineer/Field Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled proactive reviews of assigned client environments to identify risks
• Drive down ticket volume and average resolution times
• Develop and manage technical documentation and SOP libraries
• Deploy and support technology solutions based on industry best practices
• Conduct systems analysis and recommend improvements for managed services clients
• Identify opportunities for new additional services and customer sales
• Participate in weekly Noise Abatement Process meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting businesses with technology solutions
• Experience with hypervisor-based virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, VDI)
• Proficiency in Microsoft environments (Intune, Entra, Endpoint Manager)
• Knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud
• Understanding of network protocols, configurations, and security
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and MacOS

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification
• Microsoft Azure certifications (MCA or MCE)
• Google IT Support Professional certification
